Customer Workflow raining Recordings and Updated FAQs Available

A recording of the June 13, 2024 live customer training has been uploaded to GSA OASIS along with copies of the slideshow and the Q&A during the training.

Shared Review Queues

All users of your AB Code share the query for OAs Needing Approval. OASIS does not

allow for automatic individual segmentation of agency OAs therefore there you will see all OAs, including those that may be the responsibility of someone else in your agency .

The new field “Reviewer” is a great tool to help identify those. You can go into the OA Approval and enter text into the Reviewer field to signify that it’s yours to review or someone else’s. After clicking “Save”, that field will also appear in the query so everyone can tell at a quick glance if they have an OA to review. This field can also then be sorted and filtered to help segment the work. 

Please note that you should not reject an OA for being someone else’s territory. Rejecting the OA, rejects it on behalf of your agency, and will remove it from everyone else’s queue as well. 

 

REMINDER- Clear Your Browser History

Some users are reporting seeing the old Portal layout. Upon logging in, if you see “ACTION ITEMS” or “NOTIFICATIONS” on the left menu, you are viewing a pre-reconfiguration cache of the system. Please clear your browser history and then your Portal will look like the below example. Contact pbsoasis@gsa.gov if you continue to see the old Portal page after clearing everything.
