About OASIS+ DPA Training
- DPA training gives procurement staff access to the OASIS+ contracts and teaches best practices for task order issuance.
- The DPA clearly delineates the roles and responsibilities between the GSA contracting officer and the ordering contracting officer and complies with the Office of Management and Budget's executive agent designation to GSA.
- Warranted OCOs (a contracting officer appointed pursuant to FAR 1.603) must have a DPA to solicit, evaluate, and award task orders under OASIS+. Only OCOs will be eligible for an OASIS+ DPA.
The OASIS+ program also requires DPA training for all staff posting solicitations for OASIS+ including:
- Ordering Contracting Officers (OCO)
- Contracting Specialists
- Contracting Officer Representatives
- Program Staff
- All attendees will earn 1.5 Continuous Learning Points (CLP).
- A single DPA will be issued for all OASIS+ contracts.
- DPA requestors must have a .gov or .mil email address. Requestors who do not have a .gov or .mil email address must submit a copy of their warrant as a federal contracting officer to oasisdpa@gsa.gov for consideration.
