A GSA Schedule Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is an agreement established by a government buyer with a Schedule contractor to fill repetitive needs for supplies or services (FAR 8.405-3). BPAs make it easier for the contractor and buyer to fill recurring needs with the customer's specific requirements in mind, while using the buyer's full buying power by taking advantage of quantity discounts, saving administrative time, and reducing paperwork. Join us to learn more about the advantages of BPA's and earn one CLP..

Do you plan to use OASIS for upcoming requirements? In order to use OASIS all CO's must take OASIS DPA training. Get a head start for any upcoming requirements by taking DPA training in one of our monthly sessions.
The DPA clearly delineates the roles and responsibilities between the GSA contracting officer and the ordering contracting officer, and complies with the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) executive agent designation to GSA.
