GSA’s Public Building Service (PBS) is working to create the next brokerage service contract for GSA’s leasing program. PBS is developing this solution to create greater value in the lease acquisition process, while also ensuring greater value to the public, maximizing competition, and innovating through the use of Public-Private partnerships.
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is requesting information, from April 3, 2023 through April 14, 2023 (ending at 7:30 p.m. EDT), for the contract estimated to be effective in July 2025.
The past four iterations of broker contracts, NBC1, NBC2, GLS and GLS Plus established a national tool to support GSA’s new and expiring lease workload. Our next broker contract seeks to meet the evolving needs of federal space.

Join the Alaska Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) to learn how to complete or update a registration for the System for Award Management (SAM). The Procurement Technical Assistance Program was established to expand the number of businesses capable of participating in government contracts. The program is administered by the Defense Logistics Agency’s Office of Small Business in cooperation with states, local governments, and nonprofit organizations. Under the program, PTACs help businesses pursue and perform under contracts with the Department of Defense, other federal agencies, state and local governments, and with government prime contractors. A member of the national Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (APTAC), the Alaska PTAC provides businesses with the training and tools needed to compete and perform successfully on federal, state, and local government contracts.
SAM is the official U.S.Government system for contract opportunities; contract data; wage determinations; federal hierarchy; assistance listings; entity information; and entity reporting.
This free training is intended for prospective or existing vendors.
