In case you missed it, last week the Food and Nutrition Service, USDA released the new SNAP-Ed Plan Guidance for fiscal year 2019. New improvements and clarifications this year include:

Additional guidance on documentation of staff time and effort
Inclusion of efforts to reduce food waste as an allowable PSE change
Clarification on allowable cost for focus groups
Increase of Nutrition Education Reinforcement Item (NERI) allowable per-item cost
