NEW, IMPROVED SYSTEM TO REQUEST FMCS ARBITRATION PANELS SET TO LAUNCH
What You Need to Know Now

To better serve our customers, FMCS will be implementing a totally new arbitration software system on Monday, June 19, 2017. The new system is designed to be more user-friendly for customers and to offer more options, flexibility, and more efficient service. With a step-by-step guide, learning how to use the new FMCS software interface should be quick and easy, and FMCS staff will be available to help at every phase. As a first step, customers will be asked to complete a simple, one-time registration before making their first panel request following the June 19 launch.
