Greetings from the NCO Team.
The NCO is beginning the search for our next deputy director. This position will support the NCO in helping the NITRD Program advance the Administration's priorities while overseeing the operations of the NCO. Please find the link to the position description and how to apply below. The deadline to apply is June 24. Please reach out to me if you have any specific questions about the position.
Additionally, please join me in welcoming Greg Hager, the new NSF Assistant Director of the Computer and Information Science and Engineering Directorate, as the new co-chair of the NITRD Subcommittee. His appointment began on June 3 and we look forward to continuing to work with him in his new position. You may learn more about Greg's appointment here.

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued this RFI to seek valuable insights from industry experts, researchers, civil society organizations, and other members of the public on the development of AI-ready open data assets and data dissemination standards. The Information Integrity Research and Development Interagency Working Group (IIRD IWG) was formed in 2021 to provide a forum for interagency coordination on research and development investments in information integrity. The IIRD IWG will identify research gaps, define future research directions, enable opportunities for interagency collaborations and investments, encourage public-private partnerships, and disseminate research results.

The NITRD Program coordinates the activities of multiple agencies to tackle multidisciplinary, multitechnology, and multisector R&D needs.
