VAEB - Announcements: Upcoming changes to hearing times – U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk and Newport News Divisions
U.S. Courts sent this bulletin at 03/09/2023 03:24 PM ESTGood afternoon,
Beginning with Chief Judge Santoro’s 5/09/2023 Norfolk docket and Judge St. John’s 5/04/2023 Norfolk docket, the hearing times for Motions for Relief from Stay/Co-Debtor Stay, All Chapters, in the Norfolk Division only, will change from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
In addition, beginning with Judge St. John’s 5/04/2023 docket, the hearing time for Judge St. John’s Pre-Trial Conferences will change from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Please note that the times for the Newport News dockets will remain unchanged.
