Memorandum

Dear Counsel:

The Local Rules for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia have been amended. New Local Criminal Rule 32, amended Local Civil Rule 83.1, and amended Local Criminal Rule 57.4 take effect today, January 18, 2023. Our updated published Local Rules are available on our public website and a summary of the changes is included on our public website announcement page as well.
