VAEB - Announcements: Court Entry of Standing Order 23-1 -- Order on Fees for Debtor's Counsel in Chapter 13 Cases, Effective January 1, 2023: Important Information

Effective January 1, 2023, the Court has entered Standing Order 23-1 authorizing the Clerk to publish an update to the Adjustment of Dollars Amounts statement with respect to fees for debtor's counsel in chapter 13 cases pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-1(C)(1) and (C)(3), as provided for in Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-1(C)(3)(e)(i). A public notice, in addition to the standing order, which provide additional information of interest, have been placed on the Court's Internet web site, under the News & Announcements header, https://www.vaeb.uscourts.gov, and at that website’s Standing Orders web page under the District-Based Standing Orders header.
