Merit Selection Panel Announced for Two Federal Magistrate Judge Reappointments

The United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts has formed a merit selection panel to participate in the reappointment processes for Magistrate Judge Katherine A. Robertson and Magistrate Judge Donald L. Cabell. The Panel will report its recommendations to the court by October 27, 2022.

Comments from members of the bar and the public concerning the incumbents'
qualifications for reappointment are invited and must be received by August 26, 2022.
