U.S. Courts sent this bulletin at 03/01/2022 12:44 PM ESTToday, the Court has entered Standing Order 22-4, Order Establishing Temporary Protocol for Filings in Bankruptcy Cases During the Bankruptcy Next Generation Case Management/Electronic Case Files System Data Migration Period. In addition, the Court has included two announcements as part of its Public Notice-Announcements release. Please periodically check the Court’s internet website’s Bankruptcy NextGen CM/ECF System’s web page for additional information.
REMINDER: For Bankruptcy NextGen CM/ECF, new mandatory CM/ECF login procedures will be in effect. In this regard, timely following the instructions set forth on the Bankruptcy NextGen CM/ECF System’s web page will enable you to continue e-filing in ECF with the Court when the new system is implemented. (See also the Notice-Link Your PACER and CM/ECF Account screenshot document appended to the below-referenced combined Public Notice-Announcements document. This screenshot document also is accessible on the Court’s Bankruptcy NextGen CM/ECF System’s web page.)
