Bankruptcy Practitioners in the Middle District of Georgia,

Local Bankruptcy Rule 1016-1 - Suggestion of Death, has been added to the Local Rules effective January 3, 2022. The new rule requires the attorney for the debtor to file and serve on all parties in interest notice of a debtor's death. Please see the memorandum from the Clerk of Court here.
