Dear all,

Please see the attached new/revised standing orders, numbers 21-01, 21-02, and 21-03:

  1. Second Amended Standing Order Regarding Procedures in Aid of the Administration of Chapter 13 Cases Filed on or after 12/1/17.

This order was edited to add a non-base fee for requests to determine the secured claim amounts of governmental units.  Paragraph D was also revised.

  1. Standing Order Regarding Procedures for the Admission of Direct Evidence through Declarations or Affidavits.

This order supersedes paragraph 3 of the Court’s March 18, 2020 Standing Order Regarding the Suspension of Local Rule 5005-4(7) and Standing Order Procedures for Admission of Direct Evidence through Declarations or Affidavits.

  1. Standing Order Regarding Original Signature Requirement under Local Rule 5005-4(7)(a).

This order supersedes the remainder of the Court’s March 18, 2020 Standing Order Regarding the Suspension of Local Rule 5005-4(7) and Standing Order Procedures for Admission of Direct Evidence through Declarations or Affidavits.
