U.S. District Court – Eastern MO extends Jury Trial Suspension through July 5, 2020

Per Order of Chief Judge Rodney W. Sippel, the Court has extended its suspension of jury trials in all divisions through July 5, 2020. All prior Orders of the Court related to COVID-19 remain in effect, including the Orders dated March 17, 2020 and March 30, 2020 suspending all in-person hearings through May 31, 2020 remain in effect. For a comprehensive list of all Court Orders and policies related to COVID-19, please refer to the Court’s COVID-19 Information Center.
