Today Chief Judge Rodney W. Sippel issued the following Order allowing for expanded use of videoconferencing, or teleconferencing when video is not available, in pretrial criminal matters, pleas, and sentencings as authorized under emergency provisions by the Judicial Conference of the United States under the recently-passed CARES Act.
