The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada will be unavailable due to maintenance updates on Saturday, December 21 beginning at 5:00 a.m. and continuing until approximately 10:00 a.m. Please have your last transaction submitted no later than 1:55 a.m. on Saturday, December 21.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada offices will be closed on the following days:

  • Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th in observance of the Christmas holiday and
  • Tuesday, December 31st and Wednesday, January 1st in observance of the New Year's holiday.

Regular business hours will resume on Thursday, December 26th and Thursday, January 2nd, respectively.
