The court welcomes a new Clerk of Court:. George Prentice assumed the duties of the court's top administrative manager on January 16, 2012. Mr. Prentice has an extensive court management background, most recently serving as Clerk of Court for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Texas in San Antonio. Mr. Prentice is a graduate Fellow of the Institute for Court Management in Williamsburg, Virginia, a graduate of the Court Management Masters Program,The American University, in Washington D.C., and holds a BA from the University of New Orleans in Louisiana
