Bill of Rights Day is celebrated on December 15 but every day is Bill of Rights Day in the Federal Courts. Because this year is also the 45th anniversary of Miranda v. Arizona, the focus is on the Fifth Amendment. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has posted new resources that are ready for immediate courtroom and classroom use by judges, teachers, students, and anyone interested in the Bill of Rights in their life.
