Important Announcement Regarding Court Operations for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia on Thursday, January 18, 2018
The Atlanta, Newnan and Gainesville Divisions will be on a delayed opening at 11:00AM.
The Rome Division will be on a delayed opening at 10:00AM.
Chapter 13 mass calendars will be handled as follows:
Judge Drake - Newnan - CANCELLED. All matters will be renoticed.
Judge Sacca - Gainesville - all scheduled matters will proceed when the Court opens at 11AM
Judge Ritchey Craig - Atlanta - all scheduled matters will proceed when the Court opens at 11AM
Judge Baisier - Atlanta - all scheduled matters will proceed when the Court opens at 11AM
The motions/miscellaneous calendars for Judges Mullins, Bonapfel and Diehl will all proceed when the Court opens at 11AM.
341 Meetings of Creditors in Atlanta will begin at 11:00AM. All earlier noticed meetings will be rescheduled.
341 Meeting of Creditors in Rome will begin at 10:00AM. All earlier noticed meetings will be rescheduled.
