Delayed Openings for the Clerk's Office of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia
Important information regarding delayed openings for the Clerk's Office of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia for Monday, January 8, 2018: The Newnan, Rome and Gainesville divisional offices will delay opening until 10:00 a.m. The Atlanta divisional office will open at 8:00 a.m but only with essential staff on site. As previously announced, the Clerk's Office in Atlanta will close at 2:00 p.m. tomorrow while the other three divisional offices will remain open until 4:00 p.m.
Please contact the appropriate Chambers for updated information regarding any matters set for tomorrow, Monday January 8, 2018.
