Updated Means Test (Median Family Income) Data Effective November 1, 2016

The U.S. Census Bureau announced that the Updated Census Bureau Median Family Income Data used for completing the Means Test forms in bankruptcy, will go into effect on November 1, 2016.  The updated data will apply to bankruptcy petitions filed on or after November 1, 2016.  To view updated data figures, visit the U.S. Trustee’s website.
