**Closure of Bankruptcy Court Operations Due to Hurricane Matthew**

Public Notice Closing of United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Florida Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach Divisions Due to Hurricane Matthew

In accordance this Court’s Administrative Order 07-9, which adopts U.S. District Court’s Administrative Order 2007-44 “In Re: Emergency Closure of Courthouse,” the United States Bankruptcy Court Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach Divisions will be CLOSED on Thursday, October 6 and Friday, October 7, 2016.

The court will also be CLOSED on Monday, October 10, 2016, in observance of Columbus Day.
