ISSUE: Nail Polish Remover recalled due to the detection of methylene chloride and chloroform in the affected product—both hazardous substances that are strictly prohibited in cosmetic formulations. It is manufactured in China, with a production date of 02-07-2024 and an expiration date of 02-07-2027, offering a 3-year shelf life.
Hazard: The nail polish remover was found to contain methylene chloride and chloroform. Methylene chloride, in cosmetics, is a concern because it has been shown to cause cancer in animals and is likely harmful to human health. Methylene chloride is a prohibited ingredient which is not allowed in cosmetics at any level under FDA regulations.

Subsequently, please safely dispose of the entire product (including the bottle and any remaining contents) in your regular household waste, in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.
