ROi CPS, LLC Recalls Regard Operative Lap P&S Surgical Kit Due to Possible Lack of Sterility
ROi CPS, LLC is recalling their Regard Operative Lap P&S Surgical Kit due to the possibility they may not be sterile. The surgical kits were built with a recalled item from a separate Class I FDA recall from Nurse Assist.
The FDA has identified this as a Class I recall, the most serious type of recall. Use of these devices may cause serious injuries or death.
