Covidien LLC is recalling McGRATH™ MAC Video Laryngoscope in order to remove stolen defective models that have been offered for sale illegally by unauthorized third parties.
The FDA has identified this as a Class I recall, the most serious type of recall. Use of these devices may cause serious injuries or death.
