 
Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) updated the Medical Device Shortages List web page by providing updates to estimated shortage durations for select product codes as well as adding the following product codes:
- Oxygenators intended for extracorporeal circulation (product codes: DTZ and BYS)

In times when 506J notifications are not required, the FDA has more limited information about potential disruptions in the domestic supply of critical devices and has more limited ability to determine the extent and duration of shortages of critical devices.
