A message from the Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research within the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
On behalf of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) within the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), I am writing to make your senior fellows aware of truly outstanding job opportunities at our Center, and to seek your assistance in getting out the word about these opportunities for public service.
Currently, CBER’s Office of Tissues and Advanced Therapies (OTAT) is hiring for Physicians (Hematology). Please see the attached job opportunity announcement. OTAT is seeking individuals with experience in hematological disorders, both malignant and nonmalignant. There is also the potential for continued clinical practice as part of professional development. I believe CBER opportunities could be an excellent fit for fellows who are looking for a career contributing to our mission of protecting and promoting the public health through expediting the development of potentially life-saving medical therapies. In OTAT, our team is a supportive family of collegial experts working to advance products that have great potential for benefiting human health.
I am kindly asking you to include CBER in any newsletters, job boards, email listservs, and other avenues for recruitment you may have. My CBER team and I would like to continue to share these opportunities with you and look forward to discussing any questions that you might have with you. To find our most recent career opportunity postings, you can follow FDA Jobs on Twitter, or visit Title 21: 21st Century Cures Act Positions | FDA or USAJOBS - The Federal Government's official employment site.
If you have any questions, please feel free to send me an email or submit your inquires to our email at CBER.Employment@fda.hhs.gov. Thank you for your consideration.
Best Regards, Peter
