Virtual Public Meeting – Medical Device User Fee Amendments (MDUFA) Reauthorization for Fiscal Years 2023 Through 2027 – April 19, 2022

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing a virtual public meeting to discuss proposed recommendations for the reauthorization of the Medical Device User Fee Amendments (MDUFA) for fiscal years 2023 through 2027. The current legislative authority for MDUFA expires on September 30, 2022. New legislation is required for the FDA to continue to collect user fees for the medical device program in future fiscal years.

  • Location: The meeting will be webcast only

Registration Deadline: Monday, April 18, 2022, by 4 p.m. ET

  • April 11, 2022: Request special accommodations for the meeting.
  • April 11, 2022: Request to make oral presentations during the public comment session or a specific session.
  • April 18, 2022: Register to attend the meeting.
  • April 21, 2022: Submit written comments to the docket (FDA-2020-N-0907).
