Continuous Learning Window Closes in 167 Days!
Here’s a friendly reminder that acquisition workforce professionals holding a FAC-C (Professional), FAC-COR, or FAC-P/PM certification have a remaining 167 days (until April 30, 2024) to obtain the required continuous learning (CL) points to maintain their current certifications.
CL activities remain an essential component of lifelong learning for all acquisition workforce professionals!
FAC certification holders should:
Your agency will continue to communicate additional CL opportunities, including experiential and other types of CL activities, as well as agency-specific guidance related to CL requirements for agency FAC learning and agency-specific certification programs.

Did You Forget Your FAI CSOD Password? Don't Worry! Resetting it is Easy!
There are two easy ways to reset your FAI CSOD password via the self-help options outlined below.
Start by opening a new browser and visiting https://id.dau.edu/. Once at the login screen, click the link at the bottom that says, “Need Help Signing In?” and select “Forgot Password?”
Option 1: Reset via SMS
- Enter your email or username associated with your account and select Reset via SMS to receive a code via text message to the number you provided. (Your text message can take up to 15 minutes to arrive.)
- Enter your verification code and click Verify.
- You will be asked for the answer to the security question you selected when setting up your account. Provide the answer and select Reset Password.
- Enter a new password on the next screen.
- Visit: https://dau.csod.com/ (a new link) and login to FAI CSOD with your username and new password.
Option 2: Reset via Email
- Enter your email or username associated with your account and select Reset via Email to receive password reset instructions.
- Check your email and click the green Reset Password button in the email you receive from DAU. (If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact the DAU help desk.)
- You will be asked for the answer to the security question you selected when setting up your account. Provide the answer and select Reset Password.
- Enter a new password on the next screen.
- Visit: https://dau.csod.com/ (a new link) and login to FAI CSOD with your username and new password.
