Federal Tire Crumb Research
This research effort started in response to concerns raised by the public about the potential health risks from playing on synthetic turf fields in the U.S. containing tire crumb rubber. These research results will better help public understanding of the potential for human exposure to chemicals found in tire crumb rubber used on synthetic turf fields.
