EPA’s National Environmental Leadership Award in Asthma Management

Gain national recognition and join previous winners in the Hall of Fame!

The application focuses on components of whole-community asthma care systems that coordinate public health, housing, environment, clinical care, health care and community partners to deliver comprehensive care at scale.

Applications should include a program’s methods for driving improved health and financial outcomes, as well as program sustainability. Ideal applicants are working to make improvements in community asthma care, evaluate changes in care and show program sustainability. Successful applications must address three areas:
