Upcoming Oil and Gas Proposal Previewed During Administrator Visit to New Mexico

On Wednesday, Administrator Zeldin was at the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association's Annual Meeting in Santa Fe, where he spoke about EPA’s work to unleash American energy. In the upcoming days, EPA will release a significant proposal to provide regulatory relief for America’s oil and natural gas producers, including small and marginal well operators overburdened by unworkable OOOOb/c regulations. This proposal, if finalized, would put billions of dollars back into American energy production, strengthening U.S. energy dominance, and LOWERING PRICES at the pump and elsewhere for American families.
