Los Angeles Wildfire Victims Are Still Looking to Rebuild Their Homes and Businesses
For over a year, victims of the Los Angeles wildfires have been begging for local permit approvals to rebuild their homes and businesses. President Trump has heard the frustration and anger, he’s been fired up over it himself, and is correctly demanding that these victims be allowed to immediately rebuild their lives.
The EPA response in Los Angeles was the agency’s largest wildfire cleanup in history, with completion coming in a record 28 days. Over 1,600 EPA employees across all ten regions were deployed to Los Angeles, surveying 13,612 residential properties and 305 commercial properties, leading to the commencement of Phase 2 debris removal. While the federal government has done everything in its power to allow residents to rebuild, state and local leaders continue to delay this progress.
The Trump Admin is Ramping Up Baseload Power to Unleash U.S. Energy Dominance
During a week like this, with freezing temperatures across the country, we are reminded just how much our nation needs MORE baseload power, not less. An increase in production of baseload power will continue to drive energy prices down, making it more affordable for Americans to fill their gas tanks and heat their homes.
EPA Continues Crackdown on Illegal Pesticides to Protect Americans from Toxic Chemicals

Toxic illegal pesticides imported or smuggled from China and elsewhere into the U.S. endanger human health while undercutting American farmers and business owners who follow the law. EPA has significantly ramped up our enforcement efforts targeting these banned products. It’s all about protecting Americans from toxic chemicals, holding bad actors accountable, and Making America Healthy Again.
Under President Trump, EPA has accelerated its crackdown on toxic and poisonous imports to keep Americans safe. We have been dramatically expanding our import investigative capacity and enforcement scope beyond the limited efforts of previous Administrations to advance agricultural integrity, safeguard communities, and improve national security.
