Administrator Zeldin and Army Corps Announce Waters of the U.S. Proposal to Provide Clarity to America’s Farmers, Ranchers, and Landowners
On Monday, the Trump Admin released its new proposed definition of “Waters of the US” (WOTUS). We will strictly follow the Supreme Court’s Sackett decision to protect America’s farmers, ranchers, and others who have been long slammed by massive overregulation. Read more about EPA’s announcement to provide a clear, durable WOTUS proposal.
The Trump EPA’s Deregulation is Unleashing America’s Baseload Energy Supply
Since Administrator Zeldin's confirmation earlier this year as EPA Administrator, he's visited ALL 50 states to hear directly from Americans at their homes, farms, power plants, Superfund sites, and beyond about how to ensure the Trump EPA is best delivering on the Trump Mandate.
One of the many constants no matter where he visited: The U.S. needs A LOT more baseload energy.
The good news…Shovels are already digging dirt on massive new multi-billion dollar projects.
The better news…Disastrous, costly regulations are being rolled back at historic levels.
The best news…We are just getting started! Watch the full video of Administrator Zeldin’s nearly 2-hour discussion with Patrick Bet-David on his podcast.
300 Days of the EPA Securing Environmental Wins
Earlier this week marked President Trump’s 300th day in office. EPA released a list of 100 additional environmental accomplishments achieved in the last 100 days to mark this momentous day. These actions build on Administrator Zeldin’s list of 100 pro-environmental actions taken by the agency during President Trump’s first 100 days in office and another 100 pro-environmental actions highlighted at the 200-day milestone to total 300 featured accomplishments. 300 accomplishments in 300 days is a pace that will help us Power the Great American Comeback. See EPA’s most recent list of 100 environmental accomplishments.
