In this week’s update, Administrator Zeldin Kicks Off a 7-State, 7-Day Swing to Indiana and New England.
Administrator Zeldin Announces Trump EPA’s Proposal to Repeal 2009 Obama EPA Endangerment Finding in Indiana
The Trump EPA is proposing the largest deregulatory action in the history of the United States, by repealing the 2009 Obama EPA Endangerment Finding, all the GHG regulations on vehicles that followed, and the much despised start/stop feature.
In doing so, we will follow Supreme Court precedent set in cases like Loper Bright, West Virginia, and Michigan, we will claim no statutory authority beyond the plain language of the law, and we will heed the calls of Americans demanding consumer choice and relief from extreme economic pain. Read more about the proposal.
Administrator Zeldin Spends a Packed 36 Hours in Massachusetts
Administrator Zeldin spent a jam-packed 36 hours in Massachusetts addressing The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners Summer Summit, and visiting the EPA Region 1 office and regional lab, Wells G&H Superfund site, Kings Beach in Swampscott, and Boston Dynamics headquarters.
The Trump EPA is Fixing Everything
From fixing gas can flows to ending the hated start/stop feature in cars, and from deregulating trillions of dollars of rules to solving decades-old cross border raw sewage flows from Tijuana, the Trump EPA spends ALL DAY, EVERY DAY delivering on the Trump Mandate the American public voted for last November.
