Administrator Zeldin Testifies to Lawmakers on Capitol Hill
The Trump EPA has a ZERO tolerance policy for lighting ANY tax dollars on fire in the name of environmental justice, climate equity, or otherwise. This week, Administrator Zeldin testified in front of members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives regarding President Trump’s FY 2026 budget proposal.
Administrator Zeldin Announces Move to Fix Start/Stop Technology for Automobiles
Start/stop technology: where your car dies at every red light so companies get a climate participation trophy. EPA approved it, and everyone hates it, so we’re fixing it. Stay tuned for how EPA intends to revoke approval for a feature in automobiles that frustrates millions of Americans.
Administrator Zeldin Proposes Approval of Class I-VI Primacy for Arizona’s Underground Injunction Wells
On Thursday, Administrator Zeldin announced his proposed approval of Arizona’s request to oversee Safe Drinking Water Act permitting for Class I-VI wells in the state, upholding the promise to fast track, expand cooperative federalism and bolster energy dominance. We are doing our part at EPA to advance cooperative federalism and keep Arizona’s economy booming while protecting the state’s beautiful environment. Administrator Zeldin thanks Arizona Reps. Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar, and Juan Ciscomani for joining him at EPA HQ on Thursday.
