VTO expects to make about 27-47 awards under the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), each ranging between $1 and $6 million.
Prior to submitting a full application for this opportunity, a concept paper with requirements described in the NOFO is due on April 1, 2025 at 5 p.m. ET.
