The 2023 Housing Innovation Award Winners Are...

Since 2013, the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Housing Innovation Awards have been recognizing top builders in the U.S. for their commitment to providing better homes for Americans across the country. These builders are doing more than just building high-performance homes, their leadership continuously raises the bar for the industry at large. Leveraging new, innovative technologies and building systems to improve the efficiency and resiliency of our homes, while also improving occupant health and comfort has been a staple of the Zero Energy Ready Home program since its inception. Today, these leading builders are also focusing on the future, leveraging the latest state-of-the-art technologies to help reduce carbon emissions in addition to training and inspiring the next generation of home builders, trades, and industry professionals.

Listed below are the winners of the 2023 Housing Innovation Awards. These winners have been selected by an esteemed panel of judges, chosen by the Zero Energy Ready Home Program for their expertise in the high-performance building industry. Grand Award Winners will be announced at the 2023 Housing Innovation Awards ceremony, to be held at the EEBA High Performance Home Summit, October 10-12, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
