Last month marked two years for Dr. Vanessa Chan as the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Chief Commercialization Officer and director of our Office of Technology Transitions (OTT). Fellowship Opportunity with OTT

A new fellowship through the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education offers a unique opportunity to learn about the federal government and its role in commercializing energy technology with OTT in Washington, D.C. Fellows will guide strategy, conduct analysis, and design funding programs in technology transfer policy, market analysis, or commercialization programs.

Tackle Community Energy Resilience Challenges

Remote and island communities experiencing frequent energy disruptions, threats to energy infrastructure, and high energy costs can now apply to DOE’s Energy Transitions Initiative Partnership Project (ETIPP) to receive technical assistance to overcome their energy resilience challenges.
