Weatherization Program Notice (WPN) BIL 22-1: Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Grants for the Weatherization Assistance Program, and WPN BIL 22-2: Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Grantee Allocations, dated March 30, 2022, are forwarded to you.
These program notices and their attachments provide programmatic information to weatherization managers to develop a Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) Grantee Plan to apply for BIL funds.
WAP is also providing an optional BIL Planning Workbook to assist Grantees in preparing their five-year BIL funding application.
