The Biofuel Digest’s ABLC CONNECT, a nine-week series, will feature delegates from different organizations contributing to the advancement of the Bioeconomy. On Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 12-1 p.m. ET, the ABLC CONNECT session will focus on sustainable aviation fuels. 

This one-hour session will begin with a State of the Sector presentation from Biofuels Digest’s Jim Lane, which will be followed by remarks from U.S. Department of Energy’s Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO) Acting Director Dr. Valerie Sarisky-Reed covering work supported and funded by BETO, and what is next for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) under the multi-agency Sustainable Aviation Fuel Grand Challenge collaboration. Other delegates from organizations involved with SAF across the world will also be in attendance.
