Will you or your frontline staff recognize these as requests for accommodation? And will you know how to respond in compliance with the federal EEO laws?

• A pregnant employee needs time off to see her obstetrician.

This 3-hour virtual training will teach you how to respond to accommodation requests involving religion, disability or pregnancy. Get the tools to confidently engage in the interactive process, determine undue hardship, as well as recognize and prevent retaliation.

• This course has been approved for 3 hours of continuing legal education for the Nevada and submitted for CLE approval in California.
• The U.S. EEOC is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.  This activity has been approved for 3 hours credit.
• This program has been pre-approved for 3 hours of HR (General) credit toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
• This course meets 3 Hours of the yearly 8-hour refresher training requirements for federal agency Investigator OR Counselor training.
