Preventing Harassment, Cultivating Civility, and Navigating EEO when World Events Enter the Workplace

This 4-hour virtual seminar focuses on harassment in the 2025 workplace and how to effectively navigate emerging issues and remain EEO compliant. Topics include:

Online harassment, including the inappropriate use of social media and harassment that occurs off the clock and outside the workplace.
Evolving issues regarding gender-based harassment and harassment of persons with hidden disabilities.
EEO implications of workplace interactions about current world events, such as politics, war, religion, and other controversial topics.
Best practices for conducting effective workplace harassment investigations, including techniques for trauma-informed witness interviews.
Creating a workplace culture of civility and stopping inappropriate behavior from rising to the level of illegality.

Learn from EEO experts as they use real world examples and case studies to provide the most up-to-date information about workplace harassment that employers and employment practitioners need to know.
