This virtual seminar focuses on emerging issues in the 2025 workplace for preventing and remedying harassment.  Topics include:

  • Online harassment, including the inappropriate use of social media and harassment that occurs off the clock and outside the workplace.
  • Evolving issues regarding gender-based harassment and harassment of persons with hidden disabilities.
  • EEO implications of workplace interactions about current world events, such as politics, war, religion, and other controversial topics.
  • Best practices for conducting effective workplace harassment investigations, including techniques for trauma-informed witness interviews.
  • Creating a workplace culture of civility and stopping inappropriate behavior from rising to the level of illegality.
