Please join us Thursday, September 26 at 1 pm Pacific for a timely conversation with Maha Elgenaidi and Karen Stiller, Muslim and Jewish speakers from ING’s Interfaith Speakers Bureau, along with EEOC Legal Counsel Carol Miaskoff.
Our community speakers will provide definitions of Islamophobia and antisemitism and discuss their roots, tropes, manifestations, and impact on Muslim and Jewish Americans today. Then the EEOC’s top policy lawyer will explain employee rights and employer responsibilities under federal EEO law.
Together, the panelists will present what we can do working together as Americans to counter bias and promote fairness in the workplace! (This session will not be recorded, so please join us live!)
