EEOC San Francisco District Director Nancy Sienko and Deputy Director Christopher Green will start the day with reflections on the 60th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and frame the day's training with agency priorities set out in EEOC's new Strategic Enforcement Plan.
Next take a deep dive into Disability Accommodation case studies with EEOC Seattle Field Office Director Elizabeth Cannon and Pacific ADA Center's Deputy Director of ADA Programs Jan Garrett.
DEIA Director Molly Powell from EEOC's Office for Civil Rights, Diversity & Inclusion and Sharon Terman, Director of the Work and Family Program at Legal Aid at Work, analyze Pregnancy Accommodation using federal and California state law.
