- July 11, 2023: EEO Basics – From Theory to Application
This workshop introduces the world of EEO. Subject matter experts will provide an overview of EEO laws, liability and real-world examples to assist attendees in recognizing EEO situations in the workplace and best practices for addressing them.
- August 15, 2023 EEO Accommodations
This workshop takes a deep dive into the world of EEO accommodations - disability, pregnancy, and religion. Our experts help attendees identify requests for accommodations based on real-life scenarios, discuss the legal requirements to provide accommodations and provide best practices for the accommodation process.
- August 22, 2023 Managing People Through Conflict
This workshop focuses on the use and application of mediation and coaching skills to address EEO related matters in the workplace.
