 Please join regional representatives from the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Labor (DOL), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), to learn about employment rights for women who are currently or planning to re-enter the workforce. This webinar will focus on highlighting women’s rights in the workforce specific to COVID-19, including women-centered entitlements under Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Presenters will also provide the proper government agencies to address concerns about their labor rights and protections afforded by current laws and statutes.
