Reasonable Accommodations Under the ADA
Outreach and Education Coordinators Debra Finney and Rodney Klein, and Deputy District Director Travis Nicholson will lead this three-hour workshop through the basics of Title I of the ADA and reasonable accommodations. They will discuss essential job functions, undue hardship and the interactive process. They will also cover medical exams and inquiries and direct threats. This workshop is a great introduction or a helpful refresher into the reasonable accommodation process.
